PRIME: How to Cancel Your Policy

To cancel your policy, please send the below documents to cs@lumahealth.com.

  • Completed cancellation form
  • First page of the policyholder's bank book 
  • A photo of destroyed member card(s)

If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. 

The full amount of the premium can be reimbursed if you cancel the policy within 7 days of the payment provided you have not submitted any claims. After 7 days, you will be reimbursed as per the short-rated schedule. 

Please note that the termination of your policy will be processed according to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. Please refer to the Policy Wording for further details.
