To cancel your policy, please complete the cancellation form and send the below documents to cs@lumahealth.com.
- Completed cancellation form
- The first page of policyholder's bank book
- A photo of destroyed member card(s)
If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
The full amount of the premium can be reimbursed if you cancel the policy within 7 days of the payment provided you have not submitted any claims. After 7 days, you will be reimbursed as per the pro-rated schedule.
Please note that the termination of your policy will be processed according to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. Please refer to the Policy Wording for further details.
