      How to Register Online Member Portal and Mobile App

      Create an account on LUMA Online Member Portal or LUMA Mobile App.

      1.Create Account on Online Member Portal or download LUMA Care Mobile Application.

      2. Use the Member ID provided by email, together with the policyholder's registered email and date of birth.
