How to add dependents to the policy?
Contact your Health Insurance Consultant to inform of the request.
To add a dependent, an application form must be completed. Please note that approval is subject to full medical underwriting and acceptance by the Insurer.
When will my dependent's coverage begin?
After the underwriting process is complete and the Insurer has approved the dependent's application, we will issue an invoice that is prorated from the anticipated start date to the current policy's end date. The dependent's coverage will commence once the payment is made - subject to waiting period (if any).
Even if the dependent's coverage starts on a different date than the other insured members on the policy, all members will have the same renewal date.
